This Refund, Returns & Fulfillment Policy outlines the policies and procedures related to product fulfillment, shipping, digital delivery, organizational licensing, returns, replacements, cancellations, and related customer support matters for Goal Go-Getters LLC (“Goal Go-Getters,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing products, services, or organizational licenses from Goal Go-Getters LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. Physical Products

Goal Go-Getters LLC offers physical products that may include leadership guides, planners, team-building products and materials, printed resources, branded products, and related items.

Production, fulfillment, and shipping timelines may vary depending on:

• Product type
• Inventory availability
• Print-on-demand production timelines
• Manufacturing schedules
• Customization requirements
• Shipping carriers
• Destination and shipping method

Certain products may require additional processing or production time. Estimated production, fulfillment, and delivery timelines are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed.

The IDEAL Leadership Framework™ Guide is produced and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand provider. Production time, shipping availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times may vary based on the customer’s location and the fulfillment options available for the order.

Other physical products may be fulfilled directly by Goal Go-Getters LLC or through third-party manufacturers, suppliers, or fulfillment providers.

2. Shipping Availability

Shipping availability varies by product and customer location.

Certain physical products, including team-building products and planners, are currently available for shipping within the United States only. International shipping for these products may be introduced in the future as additional fulfillment options become available.

The IDEAL Leadership Framework™ Guide may be available for delivery to additional geographic locations where supported by the applicable print-on-demand and fulfillment provider.

Product availability, shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and available shipping methods may vary by destination.

For products eligible for international delivery, delivery may be affected by customs processing, international carrier delays, destination-country requirements, taxes, duties, or other circumstances outside Goal Go-Getters LLC’s reasonable control. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

3. Returns of Physical Products

Return eligibility may vary based on the product, fulfillment method, customization, condition, and reason for the requested return.

Customers should contact Goal Go-Getters LLC at info@goalgogetters.com before returning a physical product. Products returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or other resolution.

Custom, personalized, branded, print-on-demand, made-to-order, or other specially produced products may not be eligible for return or refund except where the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Any approved return instructions, including the applicable return address and shipping requirements, will be provided to the customer after the return request is reviewed.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If a physical product arrives damaged, incorrect, or contains a manufacturing or printing defect, customers should contact Goal Go-Getters LLC within 7 days of receiving the order.

Customers may be asked to provide:

• Order information
• Photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
• Packaging information when relevant
• Additional information reasonably necessary to review the issue

Depending on the circumstances and applicable fulfillment provider, an approved claim may be resolved through a replacement, reprint, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Goal Go-Getters LLC will work with the customer and, when applicable, the fulfillment provider to determine an appropriate resolution.

5. Digital Products & Downloadable Materials

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable materials, educational content, licensed resources, and intellectual property, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the applicable content has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers experiencing technical access or delivery issues should contact info@goalgogetters.com for assistance.

A technical issue does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund when Goal Go-Getters LLC can reasonably restore or provide access to the purchased content.

6. IDEAL Leadership Framework™ Training Course

The IDEAL Leadership Framework™ Training Course is a digital educational product containing proprietary training content and intellectual property.

Training Course purchases are generally non-refundable once course access has been granted or course content has been accessed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers experiencing technical issues with course access should contact info@goalgogetters.com so Goal Go-Getters LLC can assist with resolving the issue.

Access, participation, and usage of the Training Course are also subject to any applicable product, platform, and licensing terms.

7. Multi-Product Purchases & Bundles

Certain purchases may include or provide access to more than one Goal Go-Getters product or product type.

Each component of a multi-product purchase or bundle may be subject to its applicable fulfillment, access, cancellation, return, and refund conditions.

For example, a physical Guide may enter print-on-demand production while digital Training Course access may be delivered separately. Once a component has entered production, been fulfilled, delivered, downloaded, or accessed, that portion of the purchase may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Eligibility for any refund, replacement, or cancellation will therefore be determined based on the status and nature of the applicable product or component.

8. Organizational License

The Goal Go-Getters Organizational License provides expanded internal usage rights and is separate from the purchase of applicable Goal Go-Getters products.

Organizational License pricing is provided by quote based on the organization’s needs, intended implementation, and applicable licensing requirements. Applicable products are purchased separately unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

The Organizational License is currently offered as a six-month license term and automatically renews every six months unless canceled before the next renewal date, unless different terms are expressly provided in the organization’s approved quote or written licensing terms.

Organizations may cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next renewal charge. Cancellation does not immediately terminate rights already paid for. Organizational usage and implementation rights remain active through the end of the current paid license term.

Organizational License fees are generally non-refundable after the applicable license term begins or renews, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Goal Go-Getters LLC.

Cancellation of an Organizational License does not automatically cancel, return, or refund separately purchased Guides, Training Course access, planners, team-building products, or other Goal Go-Getters products.

Organizational License usage, renewal, cancellation, and intellectual property rights are additionally governed by the Goal Go-Getters Product & Organizational License Agreement and applicable Terms & Conditions.

9. Custom Projects, Presentations & Services

Custom presentations, branded materials, consulting-related projects, design work, sales assets, and other custom services may involve individualized scope, revisions, labor, production, or customization requirements.

Refunds, revisions, cancellations, deposits, and project adjustments for custom work may be reviewed based on factors including:

• Project status
• Work already completed
• Customization level
• Production progress
• Approved deliverables
• Third-party costs already incurred

Certain deposits, customization fees, completed work, third-party costs, or partially completed project work may be non-refundable.

Any project-specific written agreement, proposal, quote, or statement of work will control where its terms differ from this general Policy.

10. Order Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Goal Go-Getters LLC as soon as possible.

An order may be eligible for cancellation if production, fulfillment, customization, shipment, digital delivery, course access, license activation, or project work has not yet begun.

Because some fulfillment and digital-delivery processes may be automated, Goal Go-Getters LLC cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped after it has been submitted.

Once production, fulfillment, customization, shipment, digital delivery, course access, license activation, or project work has begun, the applicable purchase may no longer be eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund.

11. Shipping Delays, Lost Packages & Carrier Issues

Goal Go-Getters LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, manufacturer delays, supply-chain interruptions, incorrect customer-provided shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

Customers experiencing a lost-package concern, delivery dispute, or other shipping problem should contact Goal Go-Getters LLC so the issue can be reviewed.

When a third-party manufacturer, print-on-demand provider, or shipping carrier is responsible for fulfillment, available resolutions may be subject to that provider’s investigation, requirements, and policies.

Goal Go-Getters LLC will provide reasonable assistance in addressing fulfillment or shipping concerns but cannot guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or carrier liability coverage in every circumstance.

12. Third-Party Fulfillment & Platforms

Goal Go-Getters LLC may use third-party manufacturers, print-on-demand providers, shipping carriers, payment processors, digital platforms, course platforms, or other service providers to fulfill or deliver products and services.

Certain aspects of fulfillment, delivery, access, and processing may therefore be subject to the availability, procedures, and requirements of those third-party providers.

Use of third-party providers does not eliminate any customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Policy Modifications

Goal Go-Getters LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund, Returns & Fulfillment Policy as its products, fulfillment methods, licensing model, or business practices evolve.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law and will not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived or retroactively alter contractual rights where prohibited by law.
